Assam ORUNODOI Beneficiary List: The government of Assam launched the ORUNODOI scheme on 2nd October 2020 to support economically vulnerable families in the state. This scheme provides financial assistance of ₹1000 to eligible women from these families. Payments are made through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the bank accounts of beneficiaries, usually during the first week of every month.
The primary goal of the ORUNODOI scheme is to empower women in Assam. The financial assistance can be utilized for purchasing essential items like medicines, pulses, and sugar. Additionally, beneficiaries receive ₹400 for medicines, ₹200 for pulses, ₹80 for sugar, ₹150 for fruits and vegetables, and a new provision for ₹250 to help with electricity bills. ORUNODOI Beneficiary List 2025
The ORUNODOI beneficiary list includes economically vulnerable families in Assam whose annual income is less than ₹2 lakh. Priority is given to families in dire need, such as widows, divorced women, unmarried women, and families with differently-abled members. However, families without a female member are not considered eligible as the scheme aims to support women.

How to Check ORUNODOI Beneficiary List 2025 District Wise
Step 1. Go to the official Assam government website for the ORUNODOI scheme at www.orunodoi.in.
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the View Beneficiary Status button, select your district, input the last 7 digits of your beneficiary number, and then click the search button. You can also directly access the beneficiary list here: Check ORUNODOI Beneficiary Status.
Step 3. Your beneficiary details will be displayed, including your name, account number, PFMS verification status, and transaction amounts transferred by the government month-wise.
Step 4. To check the application status for beneficiaries district-wise, follow this link: Check Application Status. Enter your beneficiary number or full name in the search bar to find your details.
Note: Applicants found making false claims and not eligible for the scheme should return all received amounts with interest.
