These flats are located in various neighborhoods including Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Pashchim Vihar, and Narela. The flats are categorized into four types based on income groups.
- HIG (Higher Income Group) Flats
- MIG (Middle Income Group) Flats
- LIG (Lower Income Group) Flats
- Janta Flats
Among the available flats, there are 202 3BHK flats in the HIG category located in Vasant Kunj, Pashchim Vihar, and Dwarka, along with 3 2BHK flats in Vasant Kunj Block F. The breakdown of the flats for sale is as follows:

- Step 3: Once the DDA Special Housing Scheme page opens, click on the "Registration" button.
- Step 4: Fill in the registration form and select the "Request for OTP" button.
- Step 5: Enter the OTP received, log in, fill out your application form, and submit your application for the scheme.
