The Odisha Directorate of Medical Education & Training has released the dohodisha.nic.in merit list for admission to the basic BSc Nursing courses for the academic session 2025. The provisional merit list for ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc., and P.B.B.Sc courses is available on the official website of the Nursing Management System at dohodisha.nic.in. As per the latest updates, the admission to BSc Nursing will be based on the Common Entrance Examination conducted by the State Nursing Selection Committee, replacing the previous NEET (UG) system.
The Nursing Management System, Directorate of Medical Education & Training Government of Odisha, is providing admissions for B.Sc. Nursing, ANM, GNM, M.Sc. and P.B.B.Sc courses through entrance exam merit basis. Students who have applied for BSc Nursing admission in medical government and private colleges in Odisha state can download the Odisha nursing merit list from the official website at www.dohodisha.nic.in.

The Provisional Merit list is prepared after the verification of documents at the Nodal centers. The allotment of seats will be based on the best fitment of the candidate's rank and category/reservation. The BSc Nursing admission 2025 allotment of seats and merit list will be published on the dohodisha.nic.in website, and selected candidates will receive SMS alerts regarding their seat allotment. The private colleges will also fill 85% of government quota seats through the common merit list.
- ANM merit list will be prepared based on career marks (50% from HSC 10th class and 50% from CHSE 12th class).
- GNM merit list will also be based on the same criteria as ANM.
- Basic BSc Nursing merit list will be based on the Entrance Examination for the Basic B.Sc Nursing course conducted online at various centers across Odisha.
- Post Basic B.Sc Nursing merit list will be based on the Entrance Examination conducted offline.
- M.Sc Nursing merit list will be based on the Entrance Examination conducted offline.
- Post Basic Diploma Nursing merit list will be prepared based on the Entrance Examination conducted offline.
Note: ASHA workers will receive 2% extra marks for each completed year of service, with a maximum additional mark of 20%.

- 10th class (HSCE) Passing Certificate / Marks sheet issued by BSE Odisha or equivalent.
- 12th class Passing Certificate / Marks sheet issued by CHSE Odisha or equivalent.
- Recent passport size photographs (not older than 3 weeks).
- Migration Certificate.
- ID Proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, or driving license).
- GNM pass certificate and mark sheet issued by ONMEB or equivalent.
- GNM/Basic B.Sc/P.B.B.Sc pass certificate and mark sheet issued by ONMEB/University or equivalent.
- P.B.B.Sc/Basic B.Sc pass certificate and mark sheet.
- Work Experience certificate for M.Sc Nursing course.
- Caste certificate (for SC/ST candidates) issued by the competent authority.
