The Telangana State Housing Corporation Ltd. has released the updated 2 BHK housing double bedroom sanction list in Hyderabad for the 3rd phase and 4th phase. A total of 36,884 beneficiaries have received keys for their new double bedroom 2BHK houses under the 3rd phase. The detailed list for the 4th phase of Hyderabad district constituencies will be announced in the coming months as part of the ongoing housing allotment campaign.
The government of India aims to provide pucca houses to all eligible BPL families under the 2BHK housing scheme. The district collector and the commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation finalized the 2BHK scheme’s 3rd phase in accordance with guidelines issued in the government order. This process ensures complete transparency with the allocation of 2BHK houses to deserving beneficiaries in the state of Telangana.
