edudbt.bih.nic.in Student List 2024: Bihar e Kalyan web portal was launched by state government of Bihar for Mukhyamantri Balika/Balak Protsahan Yojana and other governments schemes for students. edudbt.bih.nic.in e Kalyan web portal is now changed to medhasoft.bih.nic.in portal which works under backward community welfare department of Bihar state. The scholarship is available for all of the students belonging to scheduled caste and scheduled tribes and also the backward categories.
