The Directorate of Women Empowerment has updated the Free RSCIT course selection list for women and girls in Rajasthan. Candidates who registered for the RSCIT free courses under the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Training and Skill Enhancement Scheme can now check if their names are on the list of selected candidates for the RS-CIT free course, along with the allotted IT-Gyan Kendra.
The selection for the Free RSCIT course is based on the scores obtained by registered candidates in their 10th class board examinations. Allotment of the IT-Gyan Kendra is done according to the center preferences chosen by candidates during registration. The Rajasthan Government offers a free RSCIT course lasting 3 months (totaling 132 hours). After completing the training, candidates must take the RSCIT course examination, which is scored out of 100 marks. To pass the exam, candidates must achieve a minimum of 40% marks.

How to Check the Free RSCIT Course Selection List 2025
Follow these steps to check the Free RSCIT Course Selection List:
Step 1: Visit the official website https://wcd.rajasthan.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the latest notification & updates section.
Step 3: Click on the link "इंदिरा महिला शक्ति प्रशिक्षण व कौशल संवर्धन योजना 2023" to download the PDF file.
Step 4: To check your learner code issued by RKCL, log in with your credentials at the RKCL portal.
Step 5: Enter your username and password, then click the "SIGN IN" button.
Step 6: Your learner code and the details of your registered IT knowledge center/IT-Gyan Kendra will appear on your screen.
Step 7: Print it out for future reference.
Documents Required for the Free RSCIT Course
- Recent passport-sized photograph of the candidate
- 10th class marksheet
- Age proof documents - 10th class passing certificate indicating the candidate's date of birth
- Graduation marksheet if applicable
- Residence certificate
- Maturity certificate (if applicable)
- Identity card for the anganwadi worker
- Caste/tribes certificate for scheduled caste and tribe candidates.
- Divorce affidavit for divorcees (if applicable)
- Death certificate of the husband for widows
- Copy of FIR in case of violence/domestic incident report under the Protection from Domestic Violence Act 2005 along with a document for registering the case at the Women's Safety and Advice Center.
- Anganwadi workers should attach their identity document for honorarium purposes
Free RSCIT Course Selection List 2025
The selection list for the Free RS-CIT course will be created based on the applications submitted at the http://www.myrkcl.com portal and candidates' preferences for their centers. The merit list will be district-wise, and priority will be given to the following candidates:
- Widowed/Divorced/Abandoned women
- Women experiencing violence
- Candidates who have passed 10th class
- Graduate Anganwadi workers
- Trainees who completed their 10th class from government schools and are graduates.
- Trainees from government schools, aged 25 years and older
- Graduates
The final merit list for the Free RSCIT course will be based on the marks obtained in the 10th class examination. In cases of a tie, preference will be given to older candidates. Furthermore, 18% of seats are reserved for scheduled caste candidates, and 14% for scheduled tribe candidates.
Note: Candidates selected for the Free RSCIT Course will receive the name and reference number of their allocated IT-Gyan Kendra via their registered mobile number or email ID. The learner code will be issued to reporting trainees by RKCL, and biometric registration will occur at the designated IT knowledge center within one week.
