Jammu and Kashmir Government New Schemes List 2024: J&K govt. released more than 80 new government schemes for people. This is for the first time after abrogation of article 370 that govt. has released such a list to benefit common man. From 5 August 2019, the Indian constitution is applicable in the J&K union territory, so people can now take the benefits of these schemes as mentioned in the Jammu and Kashmir Government New Schemes 2024. This includes list of central government schemes and centrally sponsored schemes which are currently running in Jammu & Kashmir.
Jammu Kashmir Government New Schemes List by Manoj Sinha, there are 80+ government schemes. These schemes comes from different ministries like of rural development, finance, youth affairs, housing & urban affairs etc. After scrapping of article 35A and 370, this is a first major step of Indian govt. towards development in the Union Territory. List of Upcoming Projects in Jammu and Kashmir 2024
According to information provided by the Government of Jammu & Kashmir, 1,41,815 new works/projects have been taken up under various sectors/schemes in the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) since 2019. Funds amounting to Rs. 27,274.00 crore have been provided for completion of these works/projects. The project construction and procurement activities are creating significant employment opportunities for skilled as well as unskilled labourers, engineers, transporters and small businesses in addition to those engaged in supply of material, equipment and tools in the private sector.
