Kerala Ministers List 2025: The Kerala Council of Ministers is led by the Chief Minister and supervises the activities of all ministers. The structure of the Kerala state government is defined by the Constitution of India. Pinarayi Vijayan was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Kerala for his second term on 20 May 2021, with twenty MLAs being sworn in as ministers.
