Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has announced PM Yasasvi Yojana merit list 2023 for Prime Minister Young Achievers Scholarship Award scheme (PM Yasasvi Scholarship 2023). The candidates who applied for PM Yasasvi Scholarship 2023 exam, now can check merit list of meritorious students selected for scholarship amount. 30,000 students from OBC (Other Backward Classes), EBC (Economically Backward Classes), DNT De notified Tribes will be provided scholarship amount ranging from ₹75,000 to ₹1,25,000. The scholarship for the current year will not be granted on the basis of entrance exam as it will put an extra burden on the applicants.
The government had decided to offer 15,000 scholarships of Rs 75,000 per year to 9th/10th class and Rs 1,25,000 per year to 11th./12th class meritorious students through the PM YASASVI Scholarship Exam 2023. PM Yasasvi Scholarship 2023 Entrance Exam which is scheduled to be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) on 29 September 2023 has been cancelled. Now selection for PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India will be based on PM Yasasvi Yojana merit list based on marks secured in class 8th and 10th, as applicable as per scheme guidelines.
PM Yasasvi Yojana Merit List 2023
The students studying from class 9th to 12th can apply for PM Yasasvi Scholarship 2023 to get scholarship ranging from ₹75,000 to ₹1,25,000. PM Yashasvi Yojana merit list 2023 will be based on marks secured by candidates in class 8 and 10. The selection of students for PM Yasasvi scheme will be based on marks scored by registered students in class 8th and 10th. The students who have obtained 60% or above marks in 8th and 10th class can apply for scholarship at NSP Portal.

List of Documents Required for PM Yasasvi Yojana Scholarship
The main objective of PM Yasasvi Yojana is to provide premium education to meritorious students of OBC, EBC and DNT categories by providing scholarship to students for their education from 9th to 12th class.

Conditions of PM Yasasvi Yojana Scholarship
- Annual family income from all sources should be less than upto Rs. 2.50 lakh
- 30% slots of scholarship are reserved for eligible OBC/EBC/DNT girl students
- The benefit of the Scheme will not be provided to more than 2 siblings in a family
- The scholarship will be terminated if the student fails to get promoted to the next semester/class.
- The preference will be given to the OBC students under this scheme.
