Step 2: Check the name and address of the account holder on the unclaimed deposits list from SBI. Enter your name, address, and captcha verification before hitting the submit button.

Step 3: Head to the SBI branch where you maintain your account and submit the "Claim Form" after filling in all required fields and putting your signature. Make sure to bring your passbook, deposit receipts, recent photographs, and valid identity proof, along with all necessary original documents.
