Candidates can now verify their names and rank for admission into various courses such as B. Pharm, B.Sc (Nursing), B.P.T, B.O.T, and other paramedical courses available in government and self-financed colleges under the government quota.
The TN paramedical merit list is determined by the marks obtained by candidates in the relevant subjects of the qualifying examination, which are scaled down to a total of 200 marks. The TN paramedical rank list will be made available based on the overall scores after normalization of marks computed to a maximum of 200.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to checking the TN Paramedical rank list for 2025 and the Tamil Nadu medical selection list for the 2025-26 session.
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Selection Committee Directorate of Medical Education at https://tnhealth.tn.gov.in
Step 2: From the homepage, navigate to the notifications section, click on "view all," and search for the "provisional rank list for Paramedical Degree courses 2025-26" notification in the list.
Step 3: Click on the notification for the BSc nursing and TN paramedical rank list for the session 2025-2026. You can also search on Google for the "www.tnhealth.org paramedical 2025-26 rank list."
Step 4: The rank list for selected candidates will open. Check your name in the TN Medical Selection rank list for paramedical degree courses in Tamil Nadu government colleges.
Note: Selected candidates must present all original documents during admission to the Deans/Principals of their respective colleges. Failure to produce the original documents will result in cancellation of selection.
TN Paramedical Rank List 2025 Date
The Tamil Nadu Selection Committee Directorate of Medical Education has previously published the list of eligible candidates and provisional rank lists for MBBS/BDS for the 2025-26 session, covering all categories including 7.5% reservation, government quota, management quota, NRI category, and various minority categories. Tentative dates for the TN paramedical rank list release and counselling for all categories will be announced shortly on the official website https://tnmedicalselection.net.
Tamil Nadu Paramedical Counselling 2025
The online counselling schedule for paramedical admissions will be made available following the release of the rank list on the official website. Registered candidates will have a designated period to lock their choices of colleges and courses as per the schedule. Admissions will be based on merit and the applicable reservation rules. Special category counselling (for Ex-Service men & Persons with Disabilities) will occur before general category counselling. No re-allotment or college transfer will be permitted for the special category.
During the choice filling phase, candidates may select any number of eligible courses and colleges, and allotments will occur based on their preferences following merit and the reservation policy. Only candidates who joined their chosen course in the first phase of counselling are eligible for subsequent rounds of counselling for re-allotments. The dates for these counselling sessions will be posted on the official websites and communicated to the Deans/Principals of respective colleges, but no personal notifications will be sent to candidates. Allotments will be made strictly for courses and colleges approved by AICTE/PCI/NCI/The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University and the Government of Tamil Nadu at the time of counselling.
Reservation in Tamil Nadu Paramedical Admission 2025-26
Under the 30% reservation for Backward Class, an additional 3.5% is allocated for BC Muslims. Seats from the scheduled caste quota will be distributed, with 16% designated for the Arunthathiyar community. Candidates from BC, BCM, MBC/DNC, SC, SCA & ST will be eligible for selection under open competition based on merit, in addition to their respective reservations.
