Shaadi Mubarak Scheme Eligibility Criteria
To apply online for the Shaadi Mubarak Scheme, the applicant must meet all the conditions listed below:
- Minority CommunityThe bride must belong to the Islamic, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, or other notified minority communities.
- Resident of TelanganaShe must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
- Age RequirementThe bride must have completed 18 years of age at the time of marriage.
- Marriage Date ConditionThe marriage must be scheduled on or after 2nd October 2014.
- Income LimitThe parents’ combined annual income should not exceed ₹2 lakh.
- Unmarried GirlOnly first-time marriages are eligible. The scheme can be availed only once.
