Common Service Centres Services List 2024: The Common Service Centers (CSC) Scheme is one of the mission mode projects of central government under Digital India programme. CSCs are the access points for delivery of essential public utility services, social welfare schemes, healthcare, financial, education and agriculture services, apart from host of B2C services to citizens in rural and remote areas of the country.

It is a pan-India network catering to regional, geographic, linguistic and cultural diversity of the country, thus enabling the Government's mandate of a socially, financially and digitally inclusive society. List of services under Common Service Centres is given below.

Common Service Centres Services List 2024

CSC - Common Service Centres, has been set up by the Ministry of Electronics & IT under the Companies Act, 1956 to oversee implementation of the CSC scheme. Common Service Centres (CSC) scheme provides a centralized collaborative framework for delivery of services to citizens through CSCS, besides ensuring systemic viability and sustainability of the Scheme. Vision of Common Service Centres (CSC) scheme

CSC’s plays a very important part in delivery of public utility services in villages or remote areas where internet connectivity is not much popular. Interested ones can make registration at CSC Digital Seva / CSC Portal to connect and check their status of service delivery at csc.gov.in CSC Scheme focuses on delivery of Government to Citizen (G2C) Services, Business to Citizen (B2C) Services, Health Services, Financial Inclusion Services, Education Services and Agriculture Services. All the VLEs can make registration of their complaints on the CSC Digital Seva Portal at https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/

Common service centers will create a large bouquet of e-services through single delivery system. CSC Scheme will encourage more women as VLEs. CSC facilitates standardization of services and also promote capacity building of stakeholders. At CSC’s, localized help desk support facility is also present. CSCs would be developed as a reliable and ubiquitous IT-enabled network of citizen service points connecting local population with government departments, business establishments, banks, insurance companies and educational institutions, with an impact on primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of the country's economy.

CSC 2.0 Scheme

Based on the assessment of Common Service Centres (CSC) scheme, the Government launched the CSC 2.0 scheme in 2015 to expand the outreach of CSCs to all Gram Panchayats across the country. Under CSC 2.0 scheme, at least one CSC will be set up in each of the 2.5 lakh GPS across the country by 2019, CSCS functioning under the existing scheme will also be strengthened and integrated with additional 1.5 lakh CSCS across the country.

CSC 2.0 scheme would consolidate service delivery through a universal technology platform, thereby making e-services, particularly G2C services accessible to citizens anywhere in the country.
