Updated List of Documents Required for YEIDA Plots Scheme 2025: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced new residential and industrial plot schemes. Residential plots will be available in various sectors including sector 18, sector 20, and sector 22D.
Industrial plots will be offered in sector 29, sector 32, and more. Below is the updated list of documents required for the YEIDA plots scheme.
Documents Required for YEIDA Plots Scheme
The following documents must be submitted with the application form for registration, duly signed by the applicant and certified by a Chartered Accountant on each page:
- Project Report including:
- Feasibility Report of the proposed project.
- Three-year projected cash flow of the project detailing sources of inflow.
- Statement of sources of funds.
- Land use pattern, construction plan, and implementation schedule certified by an architect.
- In the case of a Company:
- Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies.
- Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
- In the case of a Society:
- Registration Certificate issued by the Registrar of Societies.
- Memorandum of Association of Society.
- Rules & Regulations of the Society.
- In the case of a Trust:
- Registered Trust Deed.
- In the case of a Partnership Firm:
- Form A and Form B issued by the Registrar of Firms.
- Partnership Deed.
- Own funds: Photocopy of listed company's Shares / NSCs / Bonds / FDRs or a liquidity certificate from any Nationalized Bank / Scheduled Bank.
- Loan: From friends/relatives - Liquidity certificate from any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank with a supporting affidavit, or from any financial institution - a letter from the bank confirming that they have tentatively agreed to consider the project for financing.
YEIDA Plots Allotment Process
The process for the plot allotment under YEIDA is as follows:
- The application and accompanying documents will be scrutinized by a screening committee. The authority will notify the applicant of any deficiencies, who must submit the required documents within 15 days.
- If the applicant doesn't submit the required documents in the stipulated time, the application will not be considered for allotment.
- After scrutiny, applicants will be called for an interview/presentation before the allotment committee of YEIDA.
- Applicants will be informed at least three days in advance about the date, time, and place for their presentation.
- After selection, the allotment committee will recommend specific plot numbers from the available plots.
- Applicants will receive an allotment cum allocation letter indicating their specific plot number, issued within 30 days from the approval date.
- Applicants must deposit the allotment money as specified in the Data Sheet.
- If the allotment money is not deposited within the given timeframe (or extended period), the allotment will be canceled without any appeal, and 10% of the registration money will be forfeited.
