List of BJP Ruling States in India: Bhartiya Janta Party and National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is currently ruling over 16 Indian states out of 28 states of India and one union territory of India. Currently Bhartiya Janta Party and its coalition is also ruling central government of India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narender Modi from 2019 to 2024. BJP party is having 300 members of Lok Sabha and 93 members of Rajya Sabha. Recently BJP party has won Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan assembly election 2023, now BJP and its alliance is ruling in total 16 Indian states and union territories.
BJP party has ruled almost all states of India expect three states Kerala, Telangana and West Bengal. Currently BJP party is ruling in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa, Haryana, Manipur and Tripura. BJP alliance is ruling in Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim and union territory of Puducherry.
