PM GatiShakti National Master Plan, launched on 13 October 2021, is one of India’s most ambitious infrastructure development programmes. It aims to bring multimodal connectivity, reduce logistics cost, improve infrastructure planning, and accelerate economic growth through coordinated efforts of various ministries and state governments.
As of April 2025, the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW) has 101 projects under the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan, covering port development, waterways connectivity, and logistics infrastructure across multiple states.
