Step 3: Select your district, enter the beneficiary code, and click the submit button.

Basava Vasati Yojana Eligibility List

The eligibility criteria to apply for the Chief Minister’s multistorey house under the Basava Vasati Yojana are as follows:

1. The scheme is exclusively for permanent residents of Karnataka. Residents from other states are not eligible.
2. The scheme supports individuals below the poverty line (BPL). According to the BPL guidelines, a family's annual income must be between ₹27,000 and ₹32,000 and should not exceed this limit.
3. Citizens of the Economically Weaker Section of Karnataka earning above the specified criteria are ineligible for the housing scheme.
4. Applicants must not already own a pucca house. This scheme is aimed at aiding the poorest individuals in the state.
