Instalment Amounts Released Under the Scheme
  • The disbursement of instalments is tied to construction progress. The government might revise the number and amounts of instalments as needed.
  • For work order issuance, geo-tagged photos of the beneficiary with their kutcha house and the proposed site must be captured.
  • All house inspection photographs should be uploaded using AwaasApp or similar applications developed by the state government.
  • The beneficiary's photo, Aadhaar UID/EID, and contact number must be documented and uploaded. For those without mobile phones, a family member’s contact number should be recorded.
  • The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th instalments will be credited to the beneficiary's account within a week after verifying the construction's progress.
  • The beneficiary must affix the engraved logo of the Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana on their house's front wall with a display of their name, year of sanction, and unit cost before the 4th instalment is released.
  • Funds will be transferred to beneficiaries' accounts via Direct Account Transfer using the Public Financial Management System (PFMS).
