SER Apprentice Merit List 2025

South Eastern Railway has published the SER Apprentice Merit List for training in workshops and divisions under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates who applied for RRC ER apprenticeship recruitment 2023 for 3115 vacancies can now verify their names in the apprentice merit list.

The SER Apprentice merit list is determined based on the average marks obtained in the 10th class (Matriculation) and the ITI examination, with equal emphasis on both categories. The final merit list will be prepared by considering 1.5 times the number of available vacancies, categorized by trade/unit/community. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list will be invited for document verification.

How to Check SER Apprentice Merit List

Follow these steps to check the Act Apprentice 2022-23 merit list:

Step 1: Visit the official website of South Eastern Railway at www.rrcser.co.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the notice and notification section and select the Act Apprentice recruitment 2023 option.

Step 3: Download the PDF file labeled "Act Apprentice 2022-23 Merit List" and open it to find your name or registration number.

Step 4: The SER apprentice merit list will contain your name, registration number, date of birth, category, marks, and the date scheduled for document verification. Print or screenshot your result for reference.

Note: Selected candidates must report to the Railway Recruitment Cell, South Eastern Railway, at 11, Garden Reach, Kolkata-700 043 by the date indicated next to their registration number, along with all necessary documents.

List of Documents Required for ACT Apprentice

• Original marksheets and passing certificates for 8th and 10th class.
• Original ITI Certificate from NCVT/SCVT (in the relevant trade).
• Identity Proof: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Driving License.
• Printout of the completed online application form.
• Date of Birth Certificate.
• Three recent passport size photographs as uploaded in the application form.
• Medical Fitness Certificate signed by a government-authorized doctor.
• Community certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories.
• PwBD Certificate (if applicable).
• Original certificate of Ex-Serviceman (ESM) if applicable.
