Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) has published the WCL apprentice merit list for ITI passed trade apprentices and graduate & technician apprentice trainees under the Apprentice Act, 1961. Candidates who have applied for WCL apprenticeships can check the results and the list of selected candidates for apprentice training on the official website westerncoal.in or through the direct links provided below.
The provisional merit list will be based on the academic performance of the registered candidates in their qualifying examinations. Selected candidates will then be called for document verification at the designated office. The final selection list will be published after this document verification and medical examination, also on the website westerncoal.in. Engagement letters will be issued to candidates whose names appear in the final merit list.

Documents Required for WCL Apprentice Recruitment 2023
The following documents, in original along with photocopies, are required during registration and document verification:
- Recent color passport-size photograph
- Aadhar card for identity proof
- Marksheet of the qualifying examination
- Marksheet of 10th and 12th class
- Date of Birth certificate or Matriculation certificate for proof of date of birth
- Final mark sheet of the qualifying degree/diploma/graduation
- Marksheet and ITI Certificate (SCVT/NCVT for trade apprentices)
- Permanent address proof certificate or Domicile certificate
- Copy of the online application
- Caste certificate and non-creamy layer certificate for OBC valid until the date of document verification
- NAPS apprenticeship registration document
