AP KGBV APCFSS Merit List 2025 – Principals, CRTs, PGTs and PETs Posts

Samagra Shiksha, Government of Andhra Pradesh, has released the AP KGBV APCFSS merit list for the recruitment of teaching staff at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs). This recruitment for 1358 positions is specifically for eligible female candidates who applied for KGBV teaching staff in 2025. Candidates can now check their names on the final merit and selection list, which has been prepared in a ratio of 1:3 for each post by the state officer based on the certificates submitted by the candidates.

The merit list for the positions of Principals, CRTs, PGTs, and PETs has been developed based on the academic and professional qualifications of the applicants. A district-level committee is responsible for finalizing the merit list and will also issue appointment letters to the selected candidates. The shortlisted candidates will undergo a certificate verification process that includes checks on academic qualifications, professional experience, disability status, and caste certificates.

The selection for the roles of Principals, CRTs, PGTs, and PETs will be based on the AP KGBV APCFSS merit list, giving weightage to each candidate's academic performance. All appointments made through this notification will be temporary and on a contract basis.

Step 1: Visit the official KGBV website at https://apkgbv.apcfss.in

Step 2: On the homepage, go to the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya contract recruitment section for 2025.

Step 3: Click on "Merit List by State Office" to download the PDF file. Search for your name or application number in the merit list PDF.

Step 4: To view your score and additional details, log in using your credentials, enter your Aadhar number and date of birth, then click submit.
