You can now download the 2025 Voter List and your Voter ID Card from the official portal of the Election Commission of India (ECI) at eci.gov.in. This service enables all citizens, especially first-time voters, to register online for voter ID at the ECI portal, check their names in the state-wise final voter list, and download their voter identity cards.
The state-wise final voters list, essential for both assembly and general elections, is available on the official websites of Chief Electoral Officers (CEOs) for each state. Citizens of India can visit the websites of their respective state CEOs and download the draft and final voter list in PDF format.
