Directorate of Employment & Training has published the Jharkhand ITI merit list on 8 July 2025 for ITI admission in government and private colleges for the session 2025-26. Candidates who applied for admission to Industrial Training Institutes can check their names in the ITI provisional merit list. The merit list includes details such as the name of candidates, registration number, date of birth, metric marks, category, their CML rank, and CAT rank.
The Jharkhand ITI merit list is based on the marks secured by candidates in their 10th class board examinations. Candidates who have any objections or need to rectify any errors in the provisional merit list can submit their grievances through the portal or call the toll-free number from 10 July 2025 to 12 July 2025. The final merit list for ITI admission will be published on 14 July 2025.

How to Check Jharkhand ITI Merit List 2025
Follow the step-by-step process below to check round 1 seat allotment and the ITI merit list.
Step 1: Visit the official website of Jharkhand ITI counselling and admission 2025-26 at https://iti.jharkhand.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, go to the "Important Notice" section and look for the "प्रोविजनल रैंक list" and "ITI merit list".
Step 3: Candidates will log in with their registration number and password to check the rank list and fill in their choice of trade/ITI online.
Step 4: To download the Jharkhand ITI merit list PDF file, go to the Download section, select the notification tab, and look for the merit list PDF link.
Step 5: Make sure to take a printout for future reference.
Note: Online choice filling for the first round will start after the release of the final merit list. After the end date for online choice filling, you will be able to download the provisional seat allotment letter and the admission schedule for the respective ITI institute.
Education Qualification for Jharkhand ITI Admission
- For ITI trades such as Sheet Metal Worker, Wireman, Plumber, Welder (GMAW & GTAW), Welder (Fabrication and Fitting), Mason, Wood Work Technician-Carpenter, Sewing Technology, surface ornamentation techniques, and weaving techniques for silk and woolen fabrics, an 8th pass is eligible for admission.
- For the Mechanical Electrical Vehicle trade, the minimum qualification is class 10th plus simultaneous enrollment for class 12th through NIOS, or a 12th class pass, or ITI plus class 10th pass.
- For all other ITI trades, the minimum qualification is 10th class pass.
List of Documents Required for Jharkhand ITI Admission
- Education Qualification Certificates: 8th/10th/12th mark sheet and passing certificate.
- Identity Proof: Aadhar card of the candidate.
- Domicile Certificate: Bonafide resident of Jharkhand certificate or from another state if applicable.
- Age Proof: Date of Birth certificate.
- Reserved Category Certificate: Caste certificate of SC, ST, OBC, or EWS (if applicable).
- Passport size photographs of candidates.
- Income Certificate if applicable.
