Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has released the merit list for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses. Candidates who qualified for the JNUEE 2025 exam can visit the official website jnuee.jnu.ac.in to check the merit list. This list is compiled based on the Common University Entrance Test – CUET (PG) 2025, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), combined with the deprivation points earned by the eligible candidates.
For candidates applying for M.A, M.Sc, and MCA courses, the first merit list will be available on the official JNU website. Note that the publication schedule for the second merit list for PG and ADOP programmes has not been announced yet.
JNU Merit List 2025 Details
- JNU PG Admission 2025: The PG merit list for programmes such as M.A., M.Sc., MCA, MPH, M.Tech., post-graduate diploma, and advanced diploma will be determined based on the CUET (PG) 2025.
- JNU M.Sc Admission 2025: The merit list for M.Sc in Biotechnology and Computational Biology will rely on GAT-B scores.
- JNU MBA Admission 2025: Admission to the MBA programme will be based on CAT scores.

How to Check JNU Merit List for UG & PG Courses Admission 2025
Follow the steps below to check the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) merit list:
- Step 1: Visit the official JNU website by clicking on this link.
- Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the notification section and click on the JNU CUET UG 2025 result link.
- Step 3: You will be directed to the Result Login page.
- Step 4: Enter your Application Number and Password, and then click on the "Login" button to view the merit list.
- Step 5: Print the list for future reference.
Note: JNU is conducting admissions for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes based on the CUET PG 2025 entrance examination scores. Only candidates who appeared for and qualified in the CUET PG 2025 exam are eligible for the JNU Admission process. The reservation policy of the Government of India applies to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD category candidates.
