- Step 2: Scroll over the MIS Login tab and click on the “ମୋ ଘର” tab.
- Step 3: Direct Link: https://rhodisha.gov.in.
- Step 4: A page displaying the Rural Housing Odisha Report will appear, where you can find the full list of NSPGY beneficiaries.
Nirman Shramik Pucca Ghar Yojana Benefits
Here are some benefits associated with the Nirman Shramik Pucca Ghar Yojana:
- The unit cost for constructing a new dwelling house is set at Rs. 1,20,000 for Non-IAP Districts and Rs. 1,30,000 for IAP districts, subject to revisions by the State Government.
- Beneficiaries will receive wage assistance for 90 days in Non-IAP districts and 95 days in IAP districts under the MGNREGS.
- Beneficiaries will receive Rs. 12,000 for the construction of Individual Household Latrines (IHHL) through MGNREGS/SBM(G).
- In addition, beneficiaries are entitled to additional support for drinking water systems, electrification, land development wages, and social security under the applicable guidelines.
- Incentives are provided for timely completion of housing as follows:
- Rs. 20,000 for completing the house and IHHL within 4 months of receiving the first installment.
- Rs. 10,000 for completion within 6 months of receiving the first installment.
Installments under Nirman Shramik Pucca Ghar Yojana
The release of installments is linked to construction levels and may change by government directives. The current installment details are as follows:
