Government of Rajasthan has released Rajasthan free mobile yojana list of benefactrices for distribution of smart mobile phones to women and students of Rajasthan state under Chiranjeevi Yojana. Indira Gandhi Smartphone yojana. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot launched Indira Gandhi Smartphone Yojana on 10 August 2023 for providing free mobile phones to beneficiary women of Chiranjeevi Yojana. Mukhyamantri mobile yojana main objective is to empower women of state with a revolution in IT sector. Along with this CM Ashok Gehlot also released Digital Sakhi Handbook "Seekho Digital, Sikhaao Digital which will help women to learn use of mobile and all other related information about the scheme.
The Indira Gandhi Smartphone Yojana is launched to provide Internet connectivity with smartphone to the women heads of Chiranjeevi families. Under Rajasthan Free Mobile Yojana more than 1.35 crore women of Chiranjeevi families will get free mobile with 3 years of internet connectivity. In the first phase of this scheme 40 lakh women has been given smartphones. The government has transferred ₹6800 to beneficiaries bank account for smartphones with 20 GB data. Indira Gandhi Smartphone Yojana, smartphones will be provided to women's of Chiranjeevi families in camps organized by Rajasthan government. They will also provide to information regarding how to use these smartphone by providing Digital Sakhi Handbook. In second phase of free mobile scheme, 80 lakh women will get benefited. How to Avail Indira Gandhi Smartphone Yojana Free Mobile
The eligible women of Rajasthan state can register themselves at district administration office or at camps organized by government of Rajasthan. All you need to do is bring your Aadhar card, PAN Card and registered mobile number. First eligible women will undergo through e-KYC on IGSY portal at camps after that Jan Aadhar e-wallet application will be installed at smartphones. The details of registered women will be verified through Jan Aadhar number at IGSY portal. Then details of beneficiaries PAN card and will be entered to generate three types of forms.
Now beneficiary need to mobile services provider counter to select her SIM card and data plan. Then You need to go to mobile company counter to select mobile phone based on your choice. At the last counter, all the documents will be scanned and uploaded to IGSY Portal. After all process Rs 6800 will be transferred to the beneficiary's e-wallet to purchase the smartphone and SIM card.

Criteria of Indira Gandhi Smartphone Yojana
- Applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan state
- Single Women having Jan Aadhar card and associated with Chiranjeevi family.
- Widowed Women from Chiranjeevi Families
- Family income should not exceed 2.5 lakh annually
- Girl Students studying from class 9th to 12th in government schools
- Girls studying in government ITIs and polytechnical colleges
- Girls studying in government Sanskrit colleges
- In addition to this, the families headed by women who have done work at MNREGA for 100 working days and 50 days in Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Scheme.

योजना अंतर्गत TRAI द्वारा राजस्थान राज्य में अधिकृत TSP (Telecom Service Providers Jio, Airtel, Vodafone and BSNL) के माध्यम से लाभार्थी को स्मार्ट फोन मय सिम, डाटा कन्नेक्टविटी जिला एवं ब्लॉक स्तर के शिविरों में उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी। इंदिरा गांधी स्मार्ट फोन योजना के तहत प्रदेश के चिरंजीवी परिवारों की 01 करोड़ 35 लाख महिलाओं को राजस्थान सरकार की ओर से तीन वर्ष तक फ्री इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी के साथ स्मार्ट फोन दिया जा रहा है। योजना के पहले चरण में 40 लाख महिलाएं अपनी पसंद का स्मार्ट फोन चुन रही हैं! दूसरे चरण में शेष 95 लाख महिलाएं अपने नजदीकी महंगाई राहत कैंप जाकर इंदिरा गांधी स्मार्ट फोन योजना के लिए पंजीकरण करवा कर स्मार्ट फोन पा सकेंगी।
