iay.nic.in New List 2026

Ministry of Rural Development is running PMAY-G with a total target of 4.95 crore pucca houses by March 2029. As on 16 July 2026, around 3.92 crore houses have been sanctioned and about 3.10 crore houses have been completed across the country. Eligible families get financial help of ₹1.20 lakh in plain areas and ₹1.30 lakh in hill states, North East and IAP districts, paid in instalments directly to their bank accounts.

The beneficiary list is prepared from SECC 2011 data, the Permanent Wait List (PWL) and the finalised Awaas+ 2024 survey list. Selection is confirmed by the gram sabha and the gram panchayat. Names are added to the list as per the yearly target of each panchayat, so the list keeps changing through the year.
