NCLT Cause List2024: National Company Law appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) was constituted under section 410 of the companies Act 2013 for hearing appeals against the orders of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) with effect from 1st June 2016.
NCLAT is also the Appellate Tribunal for hearing appeals the orders passed by NCLT under section 61 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), with effect from 1st December 2016. NCLAT is also the Appellate Tribunal for hearing appeals against the orders passed by insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India under section 202 and Section 211 of IBC.

Step 2 : At home page, go to "CAUSE LISTS" in main menu and click on "DAILY CAUSE LIST PDF" or direct link https://nclat.nic.in/?page_id=121.
Step 3 : Select Court Name, Date and click on "Search" Icon.
Step 4 : National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLT) daily cause pdf list will open with cause description as shown below.
Step 5 : If your are searching NCLT Tentative List then go to "CAUSE LISTS" in main menu at home page and click on "TENTATIVE LITS" or direct link https://nclat.nic.in/?page_id=347.
Step 6 : Select Court Name, Date or Enter Appeal Case Number, Select Year and click on "Search" icon to check NCLT Tentative Lists.
