NCLT Cause List 2026 is updated on the official website every working day. National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) releases a fresh cause list for each bench and court before the hearing date, so parties can see exactly when their matter is listed.
The list carries the court number, the number of entries for that day, and a direct PDF link. Anyone with a pending company law or insolvency case can open the list online and download the PDF free of cost.
NCLT Cause List 2026
NCLT works as a quasi-judicial authority set up under the Companies Act 2013. It handles company disputes, insolvency matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and other corporate cases. Appeals against NCLT orders go to National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), which started hearing appeals on 1st June 2016.
Each bench publishes its own daily cause list. A case listed for a date is taken up in the court named in the list. If there is any change, the bench shares it through a supplementary cause list or a notice on the same website. As of 17 September 2026, cause lists for dates up to 21 September 2026 are already live on the NCLT portal.

How to Check NCLT Cause List Online
The daily cause list and case status can be checked in a few simple steps. Keep the bench name and the hearing date ready before you start.
STEP 1 - Open the official NCLT website at nclt.gov.in on any browser.
STEP 2 - On the homepage, click the "Cause List" link, or go straight to the all cause list page at nclt.gov.in/all-cause-list.
STEP 3 - Pick the bench and court from the drop down menu, then choose the start date and end date for the list you want to see.
STEP 4 - Click search. A table of cause lists will open showing the court name, number of entries, date and a View link.
STEP 5 - Click View next to the correct entry to open or download the cause list PDF. The PDF shows the item number, case name and the court where the matter will be heard.
NCLAT Daily Cause List
NCLAT hears appeals against NCLT orders and also handles appeals under Section 61 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Its daily cause list is published separately on the appellate tribunal website.
STEP 1 - Visit the official NCLAT website at nclat.nic.in.
STEP 2 - Go to the "Daily Cause List" section from the main menu, or open the direct page at nclat.nic.in/daily-cause-list.
STEP 3 - Choose the court and the date, then click search.
STEP 4 - The daily cause list PDF will open with the full details of the listed matters. Supplementary cause lists and court notices are also posted on the same page.
