Telangana State Housing Corporation Ltd has launched Telangana Gruha Lakshmi scheme to provide financial assistance to BC, SC & ST category women for construction of their house. The state government of Telangana has allocated a budget of Rs 12,000 crore for construction of more than 4 lakh houses. The beneficiaries of Telangana Gruha Lakshmi scheme will be given Rs 3 lakh one time grant for construction of their house.
Telangana Gruha Lakshmi scheme is new housing scheme for construction of houses in own sites under Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC) mode. The government of Telangana will provide a financial assistances of Rs 3,00,000 each to beneficiaries of this scheme for construction of house at their own site with 100% subsidy. The government will construct 4 lakh housing with not less than 3000 houses in each assembly constituency of Telangana state.

The eligible women for Telangana Gruha Lakshmi scheme, can apply with all required documents like food security card, Aadhar card, voter card. The applicant have to submit applicant to Tehsildars and Town Planning officers under municipalities

Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Eligibility List
The house will be sanctioned in the name of beneficiary women or widower and she is permitted to adopt his own type of design.
- Applicant must be a resident of the village/ULB in Telangana state
- Applicant should belong to SC, SCT or BC category
- Age minimum age limit to avail benefits is 18 years
- The beneficiary should have valid food security card (FSC)
- Beneficiary should have house site for construction of new house
- The applicant must not have received any benefit of similar scheme like 2BHK scheme or any family member is benefitted under G.O.Ms.No.59 revenue department.
- If applicant already have a RCC roof house, he will not be consider for Telangana Gruha Lakshmi scheme.

Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Beneficiary List
The beneficiaries of Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme will be selected from SC/ST/BC/Minorities caste with minimum 3000 from each assembly constituency. The district collector of each district of Telangana state will finalized the final selection list of Gruhalakshmi scheme from the application received from public and public representatives.
The all eligible applicant left after final selection list of beneficiaries will be declared as Permanent Wait List (PWL) that will be considered for future sanction of house under this scheme. The main motive of government is to provide dignified living to poor families of SC/ST/BC/minorities caste in the state of Telangana. The government will construct 2 room house with RCC framed structure and a toilet. Category wise beneficiary list for Gruha Lakshmi Scheme is given below.

Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Benefits
The government will be provide a total amount of Rs 3 lakh for construction of house at beneficiary site (Beneficiaary Led Construction- BLC) with 100% subsidy. The payment to beneficiary's account will be made in 3 stages Rs 1 lakh per stage. The amount of benefit for construction of house will be sent directly to bank account of beneficiary.
