The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology has uploaded the NSP rejected list for 2025 on the National Scholarship Portal, Government of India. Students who have applied for scholarships through the NSP portal can now check whether their name appears on the rejection list. Every year, many students apply for NSP and PFMS scholarships. Among those applicants, the NSP prepares a list of students who qualify for the scholarship amount as well as a list of candidates who have been rejected. The NSP rejected list includes the names of students who have been excluded from receiving payments through NSP.
The National Scholarship Portal (NSP) serves as an online platform that provides scholarships to students pursuing educational or technical degrees through various governmental bodies, including the central and state governments, as well as other agencies like UGC and AICTE. Eligible candidates can receive financial assistance up to ₹30,000 as a scholarship. This year, a significant number of students applied for scholarships, and the National Scholarship Portal has begun transferring scholarship amounts directly into the bank accounts of selected candidates.

How to Check NSP Rejected List 2025
Follow the step by step procedure below to check the NSP Rejected List at the National Scholarship Portal for PFMS scholarships.
Step 1: Visit the official website of the National Scholarship Portal:
Step 2: On the homepage of the NSP portal, navigate to "Scheme-Wise list of Applicants processed for Scholarship" or follow the direct link:
https://scholarships.gov.in/fresh/onlineSanctionedList
Step 3: Choose the academic year, application type, ministry, scheme name, state, district, name, and mobile number. Enter the captcha code and click on the submit button.
Step 4: To track NSP payment status and check the application status of your new or renewal application, follow the links provided below.

Note: If the course is completed, you cannot apply for renewal. Students eligible for renewal should not apply in the fresh category, as duplicate applications will be rejected by NSP. If you wish to apply as a Fresh applicant, please withdraw your Renewal Application from NSP.
