Directorate of Employment and Training has announced Gujarat ITI Merit List 2023 at its official website https://itiadmission.gujarat.gov.in. The candidates who have applied for admission to ITI colleges, can check their name in merit list. The candidates whose name appear in ITI Gujarat merit list 2023 have to visit allotted college on scheduled date with all required documents for admission. The admission in ITI colleges will be confirmed after document verification and submission of fee.

Gujarat ITI merit list for admission to government and self financed ITI colleges is based on marks of candidates in 8th/10th/12th class board examination (depending on trade eligibility and minimum qualification). After release of merit list candidates will be allowed to fill online choice for selection of ITI institution to get admission to ITI trades at Gujarat ITI admission portal. ITI result for allotment of seats for 1st round will be announced on 12 July 2023.

Step 2: At the home page go to ITI admission section and click "Admission Merit cum Call letter" link or follow direct link https://itiadmission.gujarat.gov.in/ITIForms/MeritIntimation.aspx

Step 3: Now enter your One time form no. and Date of Birth and then click submit button.

Step 4: Take print out of Gujarat ITI admission merit cum call letter and report at allotted college at schedule date of admission.

List of Document Required for Gujarat ITI Admission 2024-25

• Education Qualification certificates: 8th/10th/12th marksheet and passing certificate
• Identity Proof - Aadhar card of candidate
• Domicile certificate : Bonafide resident of Haryana certificate or other state if applicable
• Family ID : Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP)
• Age Proof: Date of Birth certificate
• Income Certificate, if applicable
• Passport size photographs of candidates
• Certificate is Required if Applicants belong to Departmental Officers and Workers
• Orphanage Certificate if aspirant belongs to Orphan category
• Document for those Aspirants who are from Soldiers/ Ex-Army
• Reserved Category Certificate: Caste certificate of SC, ST, OBC or EWS (if Applicable)
• Aadhaar Card and Ration Card photocopies for those applicants who are from BPL category
• Certificate of PWD
• Certificate for those applicants who belong to Freedom Fighters Family
