Haryana Road Tax Rate List: Haryana vehicle tax is charged according to the Haryana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act. 2016. State govt. are allowed to charge and collect this tax based on the Motor Vehicles Act 1988. Road tax in Haryana is applicable to both private as well as commercial use vehicles.
The revenue thus collected mainly used for construction of roads other than national highways that constructed by state government for which they levy the road tax from the people who want to ply their vehicles on the roads.
