RGRHCL Flood Beneficiary List: The Rajiv Gandhi Housing Corporation Limited (RGRHCL) was created in the year 2000 as a special purpose vehicle "to provide housing for socially and economically weaker sections (EWS) of the society through effective implementation of central and state housing schemes". The government of Karnataka enterprise has released flood beneficiary list at official website ashraya.karnataka.gov.in.
The Karnataka state government will provide a relief amount of ₹10,000 to each family of flood affected areas who have lost their houses during recent floods in the state. The government will also give a compensation amount of 3 Lakh to families whose houses were damaged in the recent floods. There will be a minimum compensation of ₹50,000 and the compensation amount will be decided by the NDRF/SDRF on the bases of damage of house (25%, to 75%). The relief amount would be credited to the bank accounts of RGRHCL flood beneficiary through direct benefit transfer (DBT) scheme.
