DRT Cause List 2024: The speedy redressal to lenders and borrowers is provided as per Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act 1993 . The applicants need to fill Original Applications (OAs) in Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) and appeals in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRAts).
The Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assists & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) provides access to banks and financial institutions covered under the Act for recovery of secured debts from the borrowers without the intervention of the courts at the first stage. Securitization Appeals (SAs) can be filed with the DRTs by those aggrieved against action taken by secured creditors under the SARFAESI Act.

Step 1 : First visit Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) official website
Step 2 : At home page, go to Cause List and click on "DRT Cause List".
Step 3 : Direct Link to check DRT Cause List 2024
https://drt.gov.in/front/Hcreate_causelist1.php.
Step 4 : Select DRT, Date, Court Name, Court No. and enter captcha value then click on "Search" button.
Step 5 : DRT Cause List Report will open as shown below, click on Print daily cause list to check the report.
DRT / DRATS Case Status
Process to check DRT / DRATS case status and RC / TRC Case status is given below.
Step 1 : First visit Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) official website drt.gov.in.
Step 2 : At home page, go to case details then click on "DRT / DRATS Case Status" or direct link https://drt.gov.in/front/drt_case_status.php
Step 3 : Select DRT / DRAT Name, Case Type and enter Case No. and Case year.
Step 4 : Enter captcha value and click on "Search" button.
Step 5 : DRT / DRAT Case status report will open on screen.
