UPSC Exam Calendar :- Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the annual exam calendar for Year 2023 on its official website upsc.gov.in. Under Article 320 of Constitution of India, UPSC will conduct examinations for appointment to the services of the Union, direct recruitment by selection through interviews, appointments of officers on promotion / deputation/ absorption,framing and amendment of recruitment rules for various services and posts under the Government.
The First exam of UPSC in year 2023 is of Engineering Services Examination (Prelims) 2023 on 19th of February 2023 for which notification will release on 14th November 2022. UPSC will conduct Civil Services Examination Prelims for IAS/IPS on 28th May 2023,and mains of Civil Services Examination on 15 September 2023. National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I) - 2023 (NDA) and Combined Defense Services Examination (I) - 2023 (CDS) will be conducted on sunday 16 April, 2023. UPSC will conduct Civil Services (Prelims) Examination, 2023 on 28th of May 2023. Candidates has almost one year for exam preparation. Every year more than 10 Lakh candidate apply for the civil services examination and approx 11000 qualified for mains examination and only 0.2% make it to final selection as IAS or IPS. UPSC exam is one of the toughest exam in India but with right guidance and preparation,you can clear civil services exam.
