AFCAT Merit List 2025 – Air Force Common Admission Test

AFCAT Merit List 2025: The Indian Air Force has released the AFCAT result for the year 2025 and the associated merit list on its official website. Candidates who applied for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT exam - 2025) can now check their names in the AFCAT merit list for 2025. The training for selected candidates is scheduled to begin in the first week of July 2025, with a duration of 74 weeks for Flying and Ground Duty (Technical) and 52 weeks for Ground Duty (Non-Technical).

The Indian Air Force also announced the merit list for AFCAT 2 conducted in August 2025, and training for this module commenced in January 2025. The merit for the AFCAT exam held in February 2025 will be announced soon. The final merit list will be based on the written exam results and the SSB interview.

AFCAT Merit List 2025

The Indian Air Force conducts the AFCAT examination annually for various branches including the flying branch, ground duty (technical and non-technical), NCC special entry, and meteorology entry. The merit list is published in order of merit and entry for courses starting at AFA in July 2025, excluding medical status.

Note: 10% of the vacancies are reserved for NCC Air Wing Senior Division 'C' certificate holders in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches. The final merit list for AFCAT will depend on the choices made by candidates, their performance in the selection process, medical fitness tests, and the number of vacancies in each branch.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the latest notification section and look for the AFCAT final merit list for courses starting in July 2025.

Step 3: Download the AFCAT Merit List 2025 PDF by clicking the download button. Open the PDF file and use Ctrl+F to search for your name.

Step 4: Print or take a screenshot for future reference.

List of Documents Required for AFCAT Document Verification

• AFCAT Admit Card
• Original Matriculation/ Secondary School Certificate and Mark sheets issued by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Board. No other certificate will be accepted for verification of Date of Birth.
• Original Marks Sheet & Certificate of 10+2 (issued by the relevant Board)
• Original/ Provisional Graduation Degree/ Post Graduation Degree Certificates and Mark Sheet of each year/ semester issued by University
• Two attested photocopies of each of the above mentioned certificates.
• Original NCC Certificate (if applicable)
• NOC from employers for candidates working in Central/ State Govt. or Public Sector Undertakings.
• Original valid Commercial Pilots’ License, issued by DGCA, if applicable
• Inbound Railway Ticket/ Bus Tickets. (For refund of Travelling Allowance)
