Odisha Rural Housing Department and Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department has announced MO Ghara yojana list of beneficiaries. The poor people who are not covered under Pradhan Manti Awaas Yojana (PMAY-G) due to insufficient allocation of houses and eligibility criteria PMAY- G scheme will be benefited by MO Ghara yojana. The applicant who have applied for Odisha housing rural scheme, now can check beneficiary status and can track their application status online at MO Ghara yojana portal.
The main purpose of this scheme is to provide grant for the repair of house to all families living under below poverty line. Under Mo Ghara Yojana, the beneficiary can avail a loan of upto Rs 3 lakh that beneficiary can repay in 10 years through affordable installments excluding one year moratorium period. This scheme will also provide grant for the repair of housing for people belongs to BPL families. The Odisha government will provide subsidy on loan amount ranging form ₹30,000 to ₹60,000. An additional amount of ₹10,000 will be provided to SC/ST category and differently abled peoples.

The objective of this scheme is to provide pucca houses to people living in kutcha houses. How to Check MO Ghara Yojana List 2023

Step 1: First visit Rural Housing Odisha official website at https://rhodisha.gov.in
Step 2: At the home page of website, click at MO Ghara or My House
Step 3: Now you will be redirected to MO Ghara Yojana website. After successful registration of applicant click at "Applicant Login" and login thorough your registered mobile number of Aadhar card.
Step 4 : You track your MO Ghara scheme online status by entering your mobile number or Aadhar card number.
How to Register for MO Ghara Yojana
Step 1: First go to MO Ghara website at https://rhodisha.gov.in/moghara
Step 3: At home page. click at "registration" section.
Step 3: Now choose your district, block, gram panchayat, village and enter name of applicant, father name, mother name date of birth, then select gender, marital status, social class, disability, and finally enter your mobile number and Aadhar card number & click Get OTP button.
Step 4: After successful registration, you can login at MO Ghara yojana portal to check online status of your application and installment status.
Eligibility Criteria of MO Ghara Yojana List
- Family living in a kutcha house without RCC roof.
- The families that have not availed housing assistance of Rs. 70,000 or above under any Rural Housing Scheme by central or state government in the past.
- The income of family should be less than ₹25,000 per month
- The beneficiaries should not have a non-commercial motorized Four-Wheeler
- Family should have less than 5 acres of irrigated land or 15 acres non irrigated land.
- The family member of applicant should not be in government job or pensioner for the service period from government / PSU.
- The beneficiary shall not be a defaulter with any bank
MO Ghara Yojana Loan Slabs
There are 4 slabs of Rs.1 lakh, Rs. 1.5 Lakh, Rs. 2 lakh and Rs.3 lakh housing loan. The government will provide capital subsidy against the loan amount and slab chose by the beneficiary. The amount of subsidy will be provided to e beneciary after the completion of house depending on principal amount of the loan. Additional subsidy of ₹10,000 will be given to SCs / STs and PwD category headed households
