NCL Apprentice Merit List 2025 – Graduate and Diploma (Technician)

The Human Resources Development Department of Northern Coalfields Limited has announced the NCL Apprentice merit list for graduate and diploma (technician) apprentice trainees. Candidates who applied for the NCL apprentice can check their results and the merit list of selected students for apprentice training at www.nclcil.in or by following the direct link below.

The provisional list for the NCL Apprentice will be prepared based on the final aggregate marks scored by candidates in their graduation or diploma qualifying courses. The list of candidates deemed eligible for engagement as Apprentice Trainee under the Apprentice Act 1961 will be published on 10 August 2025 at the NCL website, www.nclcil.in.

The list of shortlisted candidates for the document verification process will be available at Home Page > Menu > Career > Apprenticeship Training section of the www.nclcil.in website. Candidates can also download the NCL merit list 2025 PDF via the link provided below. There will be two merit lists for NCL apprentice: ML-1 and ML-2.

First Merit List (ML-1): ML-1 NCL Apprentice merit list will include the names of candidates who belong to Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh or have completed their qualifying examinations from either state.

Second Merit List (ML-2): ML-2 NCL Apprentice merit list will include the names of candidates who do not fall under ML-1 and have applied against this notification.

How to Check NCL Apprentice Merit List 2025

The complete process to check the NCL Apprentice merit list 2025 and the list of shortlisted candidates for document scrutiny/verification is provided below.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) at www.nclcil.in and navigate to Home Page > Menu > Career > Apprenticeship Training.

Step 2: In the recruitment section of the home page, select the notice titled "NCL Apprentice engagement of Graduate and Diploma (Technician) apprentices in NCL for One year apprenticeship training following the Apprentice Act 1961 and Rules".

Step 3: Click on the NCL merit list 2025 PDF download link to view the list of selected candidates for Graduate and Diploma (Technician) apprentices in Northern Coalfields Limited.

Step 4: After downloading, search for your name or registration number in the PDF file and print it out for future reference.

Note: Candidates must appear with all original certificates/documents as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in this notification for scrutiny. The date and venue for scrutiny will be notified on the official website of NCL, www.nclcil.in, and candidates must report accordingly.
