The NCLT Cause List 2025 details the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), established under Section 410 of the Companies Act 2013, which handles appeals against National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) orders since 1st June 2016.
NCLAT also hears appeals for decisions made by the NCLT under Section 61 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), effective from 1st December 2016, and appeals against decisions by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India under Section 202 and Section 211 of the IBC.

Step 4: The daily cause PDF list will open, providing details of the causes.
