Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Science has announced the SSUHS GNM merit list for admission to General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) courses at the G.N.M Training School under the government of Assam for the session 2025. Candidates who have applied for admission to the GNM course can now check whether their name appears in the merit list of selected students for GNM admission in 2025.

The SSUHS GNM merit list is prepared based on the marks secured by candidates in the GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE - 2023). The final selection for admission to General Nursing and Midwifery courses will occur during the counseling process after the verification of all relevant original documents.

Eligibility Criteria for SSUHS GNM Admission 2025

  • Only female candidates can apply for SSUHS GNM admission 2025.
  • Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam.
  • The minimum educational qualification for GNM admission is HSSLC (10+2) (Science) or equivalent, passed from a recognized Board/Council/University with English as one of the subjects, securing at least 45% marks in PCB for general candidates and 40% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST(P)/ST(H) categories.
  • Candidates must be between the ages of 17 to 24 years. The upper age limit for SC/ST candidates will be as per government rules.
