Ayushman Card List : The Ayushman Bharat Yojana was launched on 25th September 2018 by the Prime Minister of India. This initiative provides health insurance of ₹5 lakh annually to poor families across India under the PMABY scheme. With this health insurance scheme, eligible individuals can receive free treatment in empaneled hospitals. The program aims to cover around 10 crore beneficiaries.

Beneficiary families will receive free health insurance and access to services in selected government and private hospitals. Interested individuals can register for the PM Ayushman Bharat Yojana either through the official website or by visiting the nearest Public Service Center (CSC).

PMJAY Ayushman Card List: Under the PM Ayushman Bharat Yojana, beneficiaries are required to obtain a gold card. This card allows eligible individuals to receive treatment in hospitals up to the value of ₹5 lakh for free. However, the free treatment is available only in hospitals accredited by the central government.

The benefits of the PM Ayushman Bharat Health Card include:

• Approximately 40% of needy families are covered under this scheme, receiving cashless health facilities.
• Beneficiaries can avail of health care services free of cost.
• The scheme covers post-hospitalization expenses for patients.
• Beneficiaries are eligible for follow-up treatments in government-listed hospitals.
• It includes 25 specialties and covers around 1,354 medical and surgical procedures as defined by the authorities.
• For multiple surgeries, the first surgery is covered at the highest package rate, the second at 50%, and the third at 25% under the Ayushman card.

Ayushman Bharat Health Card Registration Procedure

The registration process for the Ayushman Bharat Health Card is outlined below:

Step 1: Visit the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana official website at https://mera.pmjay.gov.in/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the "Am I Eligible" option.

Step 3: Enter your mobile number, fill in the captcha, and click on "Generate OTP".

Step 4: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on the "Submit" button.
