Rajendra Paonikar Ji, Sir, what you are giving to military personnel s in the name of privileges is just equivalent to peanuts, and the nation has to do, much more to the welfare of military personnel for both active in service and retired.
The nation is supposed to make a promise through Parliament Act that the nation will take of the military men and provide them, what ever welfare, facilities necessary, and promise to maintain, a soldiers family's living standards up-keeping as per the period and times requirement, even though the soldier is no more, under the label called "Covenant"; like United Kingdom has given to its solders, and it is strongly due to our military personnel.
