The government of West Bengal has released Duare Sarkar camp list and schedule of registration camps and service delivery camps. Duare Sarkar camp will be organized for implementation of various government schemes in each district of the state at gram panchayat and municipal ward level. The main objective of these camps is to provide services and welfare schemes at the doorstep of people of West Bengal through outreach camps. The government of West Bengal has successfully completed 6 phases of Duare Sarkar camps. The Duare Sarkar camp phase 7 is scheduled to start from 1 September 2023.
Duare Sarkar camp scheme is implemented to listen to the problems of the people of the state by the government. One dedicated counter for each scheme will be set up in each Duare Sarkar camp for receiving of registration form and to help people in offline and online registration for the schemes implemented in Duare Sarkar camps. All data like number of applications received will be uploaded online at portal of Duare Sarkar by 12.00 noon of each day by concerned ADFs.
Duare Sarkar Camp List 2024 Phase Wise Details
In Duare Sarkar camps scheme, government of West Bengal entailed to arrange camps in 2 rounds which provide benefits of various scheme to all the concerned beneficiaries. The first round of Duare Sarkar will be for registration of services and schemes and will start from 1st to 16th September 2023. The second round of Duare Sarkar will be for service delivery and service delivery camps will be organized from 18th to 30th September 2023.

Duare Sarkar Camp List 2024 September - 7th Phase
The 6th editions of Duare Sarkar and Paray Samadhan has been completed that delivered more than 65 lakh services to more than 90 lakh people of West Bengal state in 2024-25. In phase 6 of Duare Sakar total 82345 camps are organized with 9714349 footprints. Now state government of West Bengal has released scheduled of 7th Phase of Duare Sarkar which is 2nd in the current financial year 2023-24. In phase 7 of Duare Sarkar campaign, the number of schemes and services involving 16 nodal department has been increased from 32 to 35. List of Documents Required for Duare Sarkar Scheme
The following documents are required to apply for various Duare Sarkar schemes.
- Proof of Identity: Self attested photocopy of Aadhar Card, Voter's ID card, Driving Licence, Pan Card or Passport.
- Address Proof : Self attested photocopy of Voter’s ID card (EPIC)/ Aadhaar Card/ Recent telephone or electric bill/ Property tax receipt (not older than 2 months)/Biometric IC for fishermen/ Certificate issued by Govt. Authority or Local Panchayet or Municipalities etc. Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport etc. Certificate of residence by Superintendent of JJ Home, if applicant is a resident of JJ Home.
- Passport Size Photograph: Two passport size recent photographs not older than 6 months.
- Ration Card : Photocopy of Ration Card showing details of applicant in family members.
- Bank Account Details: Bank account details with IFS Code of the applicant. Copy of 1st page of Bank passbook (account should be in the name of the applicant only).
- Caste Certificate: Proof of belonging to ST Community and own caste certificate/ caste certificate of paternal linkage.
- Age Proof Documents: Applicant’s identification & Proof of age documents or birth certificate from the appropriate authority.
- Mobile Number: Applicant’s Mobile Number registered with his bank account.
- Certificate of Disability by the appropriate authority, if applicant is specially abled with 40% or more disability.
Implementation of Duare Sarkar Camps 2024
- A state-level Apex committee has been set up by the state government under the chairmanship of chief secretary and a separate task force for Kolkata and remaining parts of the state in order to implement Duare Sarkar camps.
- The chief secretary HK Dwivedi will be the head.
- Secretaries of other departments are also in the apex committee.
- The user will register at all the hierarchical levels for OTP based access to the portal.
- Users will be able to enter the Duare Sarkar camp schedule and locations.
- All the beneficiaries who will visit the camp which includes footfall and schemes will be registered on the portal.
- For the purpose of data sharing, integration of departmental schemes will be done.
- After that services will be delivered to the doorstep of the beneficiary.
- In order to implement these camps, a robust IT system has been developed for scheduling of camps with the locations which includes capturing GPS details.
- The camps are scheduled in a very short period of time in order to disseminate information immediately.
- The real-time data has been captured for the registration of visitors who have visited the camp.
- This data will help in planning the infrastructure of the camp and allocation of resources so that demand and supply of services can be managed.
- With the help of the facility of online registration the volume of demand for services can be anticipated.
- The key performance indicators are reported by the use of IT systems.

Duare Sarkar Portal - Phase Wise Links
West Bengal government has set a portal which has seamless services so that citizens can get information about Duare Sarkar camps. Real-time uploading, monitoring, and accurate forecasting can be ensured through the portal. Other than that mobile apps have also launched and all the locations of the camps are geotagged. These facilities reduced service delivery time. The location of camps will be updated through official websites and multiple social media platforms.
Duare Sarkar Phase 7 Camp List 2023 September
Total camps scheduled in Duare Sarkar Phase 7 are 98223. Duare Sarkar Phase 7 will start from 1 September 2023. In Duare Sarkar phase 7, there will be 35 schemes in 16 government departments of West Bengal state. Some new schemes like Registration in Udyam Portal, Registration of Migrant Workers and Old Age Pension Scheme has been added in phase 7 of Duare Sarkar.

Rupashree Scheme
Department of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare, government of West Bengal provides Rs.25000/ to poor families for the expenses of their daughter's marriage
Shikshashree Scheme
Students (day scholar) belonging to SC/ST community studying in classes V to VIII and annual Income of guardian/ parent does not exceed Rs. 2.5 Lakh. These students will be assisted by providing book grant and maintenance grant by government of West Bengal.
Kanyashree Scheme
Department of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare, government of West Bengal provides annual scholarship of Rs. 500/ for unmarried girls aged 13-18 years and One time Grant of Rs. 25,000/-
Aikyashree Scheme
Aikyashree is a state government scholarship scheme for minority students. There are three category of this scheme Pre-matric Scholarship (for meritorious students from Class-I to Class-X), Post-matric Scholarship (for meritorious students from Class-XI to Ph. D) and Merit-cum-Means Scholarships (for pursuing technical & professional courses).
MANABIK Scheme
Department of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare provides financial assistance to 40% and above disabled persons. A monthly pension of ₹1000 is disbursed directly to the bank account of the beneficiary. The application for Manabik scheme is to be submitted at Duare Sarkar Camps / In rural area –at office of Block Development Officer and in urban areas - at office of Sub-divisional Officer, in KMC area at office of the Controller of Vagrancy (Purta Bhavan, Saltlake).
Matsyajibi Credit Card Scheme
The main objective of Matsyajibi Credit Card scheme is to provide short term credit support to fish farmers for their capital requirement and to upgrade their business. On arrival at the Duare Sarkar camp, each applicant will get a Unique Registration Number (URN) as per DS protocol. Wide propaganda of this for Matsyajeebi Ceredit Card will be made through miking, distribution of leaflets and display of banners/festoons. Concerned FEOs (under overall supervision of concerned ADFs) will be incharge of this IEC campaign.
Artisan Credit Card/Weaver Credit Card (MSME) & Banking
Under Artisan Credit Card/Weaver Credit Card (MSME), weaver and arctician can get credit facilities upto 2 lakhs. The Artisan and Weaver can visit MSME counter at Duare Sarkar camps for registration.
Jai Johar Pension Scheme
Under Jai Johar Pension Scheme, citizens of West Bengal who are above age 60 years and who are not getting any other social security pension/ pension from any other organization / Government Schemes are provided monthly pension of ₹1000.
Student Credit Card Scheme
Under Student Credit Card Scheme a education Loan covering course fee, hostel fee and other expenses up to Rs. 10 lakh at a nominal 4% simple annual interest rate will be provided. The repayment period for this loan is 15 years. The students can ger their registration and on spot online application for WBSCC at Duare Sarkar camps.
Krishak Bandhu (Death Benefit) Scheme:
Under this scheme the legal heir of the deceased will be eligible to get a one-time grant of ₹2,00,000 for the death of any farmer or a recorded Bhagchasi (Share Cropper) in the age group of 18 to 60 years. The application to get benifit of Krishak Bandhu scheme can be submitted at Duare Sarkar camps.
West Bengal BHABISHYAT Credit Card Scheme
BHABISHYAT Credit Card Scheme is for young entrepreneurs in the age group 18 to 45. The government of West Bengal provides subsidy and collateral free loans for setting up ventures, business trading agro based activities. The applications can submit online applications for this schemes can get registered at Duare Sarkar camps.
Bhabishyat Credit Card Scheme
Department of MSME&T, Government of West Bengal has introduced a new scheme in Duare Sarkar camps namely Bhabishyat Credit Card Scheme. For for purpose of online registration of scheme, government has organized a PMU or Bhabishyat Cell which shall provide handholding support to applicants for guidance, information regarding scheme, preparation of shelf of schemes, receiving offline applications and digitization of off-line applications. The Bhabishyat cells will also assist applicants approaching the respective offices in filing on-line applications through the dedicated WBBCC portal.
Medhashree Scheme
Students (day scholar) belonging to OBC community studying in classes V to VIII in government schools in West Bengal will be provided ₹800 per month. The students who are receiving financial assistance from any other government schemes shall not be eligible for Medhashree scheme.
The number of schemes and services provided in the campaign have been increased from 32 to 35 in Duare Sarkar phase 7 and number of nodal departments involved are 16 in number. List of all 35 schemes and services involving 16 department of state under Duare Sarkar camps is given below.
