Directorate of Women Empowerment has announced Free RSCIT course selection list of women and girls of Rajasthan state. The candidates who have registered for RSCIT free courses under Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Training and Skill Enhancement Scheme 2023, now can check their name in list of selected candidates for RS-CIT free course and] IT-Gyan Kendra allotted to them.
Free RSCIT course selection list based on marks scored by registered candidates in 10th class board examination. IT-Gyan Kendra allotment is based on center preference selected by candidates at the time of registration. Rajasthan government will provide free RSCIT course to selected candidates for a duration of 3 month (132 hours). After the completion of the prescribed period of training, the candidate will have to appear in RSCIT course examination of 100 marks. To qualify RSCIT course exam, you need to score at least 40% marks.

How to Check Free RSCIT Course Selection List 2023
The complete step by step procedure to check Free RSCIT Course Selection List 2023 is given below.
Step 1: First visit official website https://wcd.rajasthan.gov.in
Step 2: At the home page of women and child development website, go to latest notification & updates section.
Step 3: In latest update, click on "इंदिरा महिला शक्ति प्रशिक्षण व कौशल संवर्धन योजना 2023" link to download pdf file.
Step 4: To check learner code issued by RKCL, login with your credentials at RKCL portal.
Step 5: Enter your user name and password then click "SIGN IN" button.
Step 6: Your details of learner code and registered IT knowledge center/IT-Gyan Kendra will be displayed at your screen.
Step 7: Take a printout for future reference.
List of Documents Required for Free RSCIT Course
- Recent passport size photograph of candidate
- 10th class marksheet
- Age proof documents - 10th class passing certificate clearly indicting date of birth of candidate
- Graduation marksheet if candidate has passed graduation/degree
- Residence certificate
- Maturity certificate (if applicable)
- Identity card document for anganwadi worker
- Caste/tribes caste certificate in case of scheduled caste and tribe.
- Divorce affidavit in case of divorcee (if applicable)
- Husband’s death certificate in the case of widow women
- Copy of FIR in case of a woman victim of violence/domestic incident report under the protection from Domestic Violence Act 2005. Copy of the document for registering the case at Women's Safety and Advice center.
- Anganwadi worker should attach their identity document as an honorarium
Free RSCIT Course Selection List 2023
Based on the application form received at http://www.myrkcl.com portal and preference of center by candidates. The selection list for free RS-CIT course will be prepared by RKCL and will be available at candidate login. District wise free RSCIT course selection list 2023 of I.T trainees will be published online. In selection list priority will be given to following candidates.
- Widowed/Divorced/Abandoned women
- Women suffering from violence
- Class 10th Passed
- Graduate pass Anganwadi worker
- Trainees who have passed 10th class from government school and are graduate.
- Trainees who have passed 10th class from government school and are at least 25 years old
- Trainees who are graduate
After selection of candidates of above category, Free RSCIT course merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by registered candidates in 10th class examination. In case of equal marks preference will be given to older candidate. 18% seats are reserved for scheduled caste & 14% seats for scheduled tribe candidates.
Note: After selection for Free RSCIT Course, you will receive IT-Gyan Kendra (center) name reference number at your registered mobile number or email ID. The learner code will be issued to reporting trainees by RKCL and biometric registration will be done at IT knowledge center within a week.
