List of Barred Items in CBSE Board Exam: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started conducting the class 10th and 12th examination 2024-25. The CBSE exam has been started for 'Minor' subjects. Lakhs of students are appearing for the CBSE Term 1 exam 2024-25. Lakhs of students are appearing for the CBSE exam 2024 at their respective schools.

The students must be aware of the items that are barred in CBSE Board Exams. If any students found carrying any of the barred item shall not be allowed to sit for the board  examination. Carrying any certain items to the exams that incriminated you will lead you to direct disqualification. List of Barred Items in CBSE Board Exam

The below list of barred items in CBSE Board Exam 2024. The list items should not be carried by the candidates while appearing for their CBSE Board Examination 2024 of 10th and 12th classes.

1. Unnecessary stationery items that are not required in the particular exam
2. Calculator
3. Pen drive
4. Log table
5. Electronic pen
6. Scanner
7. Communication device – Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphone, Microphone, Pager, Health Band.
8. Notebooks and Textbooks of any kind
9. Guide or Books of any subject
10. Paper chits
11. Notes
12. Goggles
13. Handbag
14. Wallet
15. Accessories of any sort – ornaments, ring, nose pin, chain, necklace, pendant, badge, brooch, caps, belt etc.
16. Watch/Wrist Watch and Belts
17. Any metallic item
18. Any eatable item opened or packed
19. Personal water bottles are not allowed at examination center However students with with some specific conditions can carry their medicines and transparent water bottle.

Student should not be carried ant item which are given in the list of barred items in CBSE Board Exam 2024.

List of Items Allowed at CBSE Examination Centers

The list of items that CBSE board students can carry with them in Examination hall is given below.

• Admit Card
• Id Proof like Aadhar Card Card, Pan Card
• School Id Card
• Passport Size Photo
• Pen or Pencil
• Eraser, Sharpener and Scale
• Transparent Geometry Box
• Transparent Water Bottle

CBSE Board Exam Rules and Regulations

Here are some important exam rules and instructions that must be followed by the students while appearing for the CBSE Board Exams 2024

1. The candidates should enter the examination center before 9:30 AM, or else the entry for the CBSE Board Exams 2024 will be closed.
2. The candidates must carry their respective CBSE Board Admit Card 2024 and School ID Card to the examination center, or else they would not be allowed to give their examinations.
3. The invigilators will check the candidate’s CBSE Board Admit Card 2024/ School ID Card before letting them enter the examination hall.
4. The candidates will be allotted a particular seat according to their board roll number. Do not sit on any other seat.
5. The candidates must maintain the CBSE Dress code by wearing proper uniforms and shoes.
6. The candidates must not carry any barred items to the examination hall.
7. The candidates will be provided with a time duration of 3 hours to complete their examination.
8. The candidates will be provided with an extra 15 minutes of time duration to go through their question paper correctly.
9. The invigilator will check the candidate’s CBSE Admit Card and also sign their answer sheets.
10. Any kind of unfair means of behavior of the candidates will not be tolerated and they will be disqualified.
11. The CBSE Examination will start at exactly 10 AM and it will end at 1 PM.
12. Physically handicapped candidates will be provided with an extra 30 minutes of time duration to complete their exams.
13. All the candidates should maintain a complete silence inside the examination hall.
