National Scholarship Eligible List: The Government of India provides numerous scholarships for students across the country, some at the national level and others at the state level. The national-level scholarships are offered by various departments such as the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ministry of Education (formerly known as MHRD), Ministry of Labour and Employment, and others.
The Government has launched the National Scholarship Portal, where students can find information about all state and national scholarships. Below is the eligible list for national scholarships along with scheme details.

The following are details regarding scholarship schemes that students may be eligible for:

Top Class Education for SC Students | SC students who have passed Class 12 and are enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate courses; family income below INR 6 lakh. |
Financial Assistance for Education of Wards of Beedi/Cine Workers – Post-Matric | Applicants with parents as Beedi or Cine workers; must be pursuing education at post-matriculation level; family income should not exceed INR 10,000. |
Financial Assistance for Education of Wards of Beedi/Cine Workers – Pre-Matric | Beedi/Cine workers' wards studying in Class 1 to 10; family income below INR 10,000. |
National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students | ST students; fellowship requires postgraduate qualification; scholarship requires admission in notified institutions; family income < INR 6 lakh. |
National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship | Students of Class 9 with at least 55% in Class 8; family income below INR 1.5 lakh. |
Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships for College and University Students | Class 12 graduates pursuing medical or engineering; above 80th percentile; family income below INR 8 lakh. |
Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme | Dependents of CAPF & AR personnel; pursuing professional courses with a minimum of 60% marks. |
Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme for RPF/RPSF | Dependents of Ex-RPF/RPSF personnel; pursuing technical or professional degree courses; at least 60% marks needed. |
PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child | Only girl child in the family enrolled in a full-time Master’s degree; age limit 30 years. |
PG Scholarship for University Rank Holders | First or second rank holders in graduation with at least 60%; age limit 30 years. |
PG Scholarship Scheme for SC/ST Students for Professional Courses | SC/ST students in the first year of professional courses at postgraduate level. |
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) | Indian students with specific marks from Class 10 to graduation; multiple streams considered. |
AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls | Girls pursuing a technical course; family income below INR 8 lakh. |
AICTE-Saksham Scholarship Scheme | Students with at least 40% disability in the first or second year of degree/diploma courses; family income below INR 8 lakh. |

STEP 4: Select the Academic Year, Application Type, Ministry, Scheme, State, and District. Enter your Name and Mobile Number, then click "Submit" to check the list.
Students can apply online for the NSP Scholarship scheme at the National Scholarship Portal https://scholarships.gov.in.
