Telangana Crop Loan Waiver List is available on the official portal for farmers who took crop loans. Under this scheme, the state government waived farm loans up to ₹2 lakh for eligible farmer families, and the full rollout was completed in three phases.
Farmers can check their name in the beneficiary list online through the official website. The list shows whether the waived loan amount has been credited to the bank account or not.
Telangana Crop Loan Waiver List 2026
Beneficiary list for the crop loan waiver is maintained on the official portal at clw.telangana.gov.in. Banks prepare a village-wise list of farmers with pending loan amounts, and this data is used to finalise who gets the waiver.
STEP 1 - Open the official website at clw.telangana.gov.in in any browser.
STEP 2 - The login page will open on the screen.
STEP 3 - Enter your username and password in the given fields and log in.
STEP 4 - Click on the beneficiary list option on the dashboard.
STEP 5 - A new page will open. Fill in the required details like district, mandal, village and loan account number.
STEP 6 - Click submit. The list will appear on the screen, and you can check your name and loan status.

Eligible Loans under Telangana Crop Loan Waiver Scheme
Farmers in Telangana can get the waiver if they had taken the following types of loans from banks and cooperative institutions:
- Short-term production loans taken for farming needs.
- Crop loans secured against gold from scheduled commercial banks.
- Crop loans secured against gold from cooperative credit institutions, including urban cooperative banks and regional rural banks.
Loans Not Eligible for Waiver
Some loan types do not qualify for the Telangana Crop Loan Waiver Scheme. These are listed below:
- Advances against pledge and loans secured against agriculture produce other than standing crops.
- Tie-up loans, closed crop loan accounts and written-off loans.
- Loans given to joint liability groups (JLGs), Rythu Mithra Groups (RMGs) and loan eligibility card holders.
- Restructured and rescheduled loans.
- Gold loans taken from urban and metropolitan bank branches that do not serve rural areas.
Who Can Apply for the Scheme
Applicant must be a resident of Telangana and should be a farmer by profession. The scheme applies to crop loans sanctioned after 1 April 2014 and outstanding till 11 December 2018. A farmer family means the head of the family, spouse and dependent children, and the waiver follows the one family one beneficiary rule. Only institutional loans are covered, so loans from private money lenders do not qualify.
Required Documents for Crop Loan Waiver Scheme
Farmers need to keep a few basic papers ready while checking the list or visiting the bank. These include identity proof of the applicant, loan documents related to the crop loan, Aadhaar card, bank account details and passbook, income certificate and a recent photo of the applicant. Banks cross-check Aadhaar linkage, pattadar passbooks and ration cards to confirm the details before finalising the list.
Scheme Rollout and Amount Waived
Telangana government carried out the crop loan waiver in three phases starting 8 July 2024. In the first phase, loans up to ₹1 lakh were waived with ₹6,098.93 crore paid to 11,50,193 farmers. The second phase paid ₹6,190.01 crore and covered 6,40,823 farmers. The third and final phase was done at an outlay of ₹5,644.24 crore and helped over 4.46 lakh farmers. In total, ₹17,934 crore was deposited in the accounts of 22,37,848 farmers across the three phases.
