Haryana Whisky Price List 2026 – Haryana Approved Liquor Rate (Whisky / Beer / Rum / Vodka)

Haryana Whisky Price: Excise and Taxation Department of Haryana has released the updated minimum retail sale price of liquor for the Excise Policy Year 2025-27. This approved rate list covers all Indian and foreign brands of whisky, scotch, wine, beer, rum, vodka and other alcoholic beverages sold in Haryana.

Haryana Whisky Price List 2026

The minimum retail sale price for the period 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027 is given below. Haryana has fixed only a minimum retail sale price, so retailers can fix a higher price but cannot sell below the minimum rates given in this list.

Beer Price in Haryana

Beer rates in Haryana are fixed on the basis of alcohol content. For the period 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027, the minimum retail sale price of beer is as under.

• Super Mild Beer (alcohol up to 3.5%) - Rs. 140 per 650 ml bottle and Rs. 100 per 330 ml bottle.
• Mild Beer (alcohol above 3.5% and up to 5.5%) - Rs. 160 per 650 ml bottle and Rs. 120 per 330 ml bottle.
• Strong Beer (alcohol above 5.5%) - Rs. 170 per 650 ml bottle and Rs. 130 per 330 ml bottle.
• Canned Beer - Rs. 140 per 500 ml can for super mild, Rs. 160 per 500 ml can for mild and Rs. 170 per 500 ml can for strong beer.

Special Pack Prices of IMFS

Minimum retail sale price of special packs of Deluxe brands and above is also fixed for the policy year. These packs are normally bought for parties and functions.

Excise Duty and Permit Fee

Retail liquor zones of Country Liquor (L-14A) and IMFL (L-2) in Haryana are allotted as per the Excise Policy 2025-27, and rates of Excise Duty and Permit Fee are fixed accordingly. For the current policy year, Excise Duty on Country Liquor (50 degree proof) is Rs. 91 per PL and on Metro Liquor (65 degree proof) it is Rs. 106 per PL, with a permit fee of Rs. 10 per PL. In case of IMFS brands, the Excise Duty ranges from Rs. 158 per PL to Rs. 230 per PL depending on the Ex-Distillery Price (EDP) of the brand.

Minimum retail prices are also fixed for IFL (BIO) whisky and wine brands using the formula given in Clause 9.5.14 of the policy. The department keeps updating the minimum retail sale price list of IFL (BIO) brands on its website, so it is always a good idea to check the latest PDF before buying imported liquor.
