Eligibility Criteria for YEIDA Plot Scheme

• Applicant must be 18 years or above
• Must be legally eligible to purchase property
• Only one plot per family allowed
• Husband and wife cannot apply separately (in most cases)
• HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) is not eligible

Allotment & Possession Rules

• Allotment will be done through manual draw system
• Allotment letters issued within 30 days
• Possession given after payment completion
• Lease period: 90 years

Construction must be completed within 3 years, otherwise penalties apply.
