The Ministry of Rural Development has released pmayg.nic.in 2023-24 gramin list of beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list. The applicants who have applied for houses under new phase of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G), now can check their name in houses sanctioned to eligible beneficiaries. All SC and ST household benefactrices the Permanent Wait List are covered in Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana- Gramin. You can access Permanent Wait List at website of PMAY-G. The annual select list of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana gramin is drawn/selected from households in the approved Permanent Wait List (PWL) and SECC-2011 data & additional households from finalized Awaas+ lists.
PMAY-G aims to provide pucca houses with basic amenities by March 2024 to all eligible beneficiaries who are having no households or living in kutcha and dilapidated house in rural areas. The selection of beneficiaries is based on housing deficiency and other social deprivation parameters in SECC-2011data and finalized Awaas+ lists and list verified by Gram Sabhas of villages. PMAY-G Gramin list is based on deprivation score, the families with higher deprivation score will be include in pmayg.nic.in 2023-24 gramin list of beneficiaries.pmayg.nic.in 2023-24 Gramin new list is based on beneficiaries identified from the Permanent Wait List (PWL) of PMAY-G based on SECC 2011 and finalized Awaas+ list.

The complete step by step procedure to check pmayg.nic.in 2023-24 gramin list and PMAY-G beneficiary status of awaassoft.nic.in list 2023 is given below.
Step 1: First visit official website of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana- Gramin (PMAY-G) at https://pmayg.nic.in/netiayHome/home.aspx
Step 2: At the home page of PMAY-G website, go to "Stakeholders" tab and select "IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary" or click direct link to check awaassoft.nic.in list 2023.

Step 3: Now enter your registration number and click submit button. If you don't remember your registration number then click at "Advanced Search" button.
Step 4: Select name of State, District, Block, Panchayat, Scheme name as Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin, Select financial year as 23-24 and now select option Search by sanction order, Search by name, Search by BPL number, Account number & Search by Father/Husband name and then click search button.
Step 5: List of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin will be displayed at your screen with all details. Take a printout for future reference.

Benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana- Gramin (PMAY-G)
- Central and State government will provide financial assistance to eligible beneficiaries in rural regions to construct pucca houses.
- An amount of Rs 1.2 lakh for houses built in plains and amount of Rs 1.30 lakh for houses to be constructed in Hill states/UTs of J&K and Ladakh.
- 90 days of employment under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA)
- An amount of Rs.12,000/- for construction of toilet under Swachh Bharat Mission – Gramin (SBM-G)
How to Apply for Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana- Gramin (PMAY-G)
The beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana- Gramin (PMAY-G) will be selected from Permanent Wait List, SECC 2011 data and Awaas+ lists. No application from households is required under PMAY-G as the beneficiaries are identified from the Permanent Wait List (PWL) of PMAY-G based on SECC 2011 and finalized Awaas+ list. The citizens who have their name in SECC 2011 list can avail the above mentioned benefits. The amount of financial benefit will be transfer directly to Bank account/Post account of PMAY-G beneficiaries. You can check status of your payment at PFMS portal by entering bank and account number details.
Note: At present there is no proposal under consideration of the Ministry for starting the next phase of PMAY-G beyond March 2024.
